Hossie can reconcile a desired weapon profile against the live inventory, safely sell unwanted WC2/WC3 weapons, and perform exact stock purchases at the proven cutoff.

SF MP5SD is proven via handler 17, exact class s_SWAT.TO_MP5KPDW, price 1500, exact economy delta, valid ownership and identity preservation.
Reconciler v0.2
WC2 EXACT has now been folded back into the production reconciler baseline. The production tree compiles cleanly again, with only the known HossieVoice warnings remaining.
